Zurich Insurance is one of the leading insurance companies and is consistently driving the digital transformation of its customer processes. A key goal is to provide prospective customers with faster, more efficient advice around the clock—without compromising the quality of customer interactions.

Solution & Implementation

In collaboration with Zurich, Mainition developed a proof of concept that demonstrates AI-powered customer communication throughout the entire decision-making process. The solution impressed our client and was subsequently further developed in partnership with Insure-Lab Germany and subjected to additional testing. Our client’s conclusion was clear: another successful project.

The AI took over:

  • Active communication with prospective customers
  • Structured responses to questions about insurance products
  • Guiding customers step by step through the decision-making process
  • Identifying readiness to close a deal

Customers receive relevant information at the right time, while complex cases can be referred to human advisors as needed. This has created a seamless combination of automated advice and human follow-through.
