Solution & Implementation
In collaboration with Zurich, Mainition developed a proof of concept that demonstrates AI-powered customer communication throughout the entire decision-making process. The solution impressed our client and was subsequently further developed in partnership with Insure-Lab Germany and subjected to additional testing. Our client’s conclusion was clear: another successful project.
The AI took over:
- Active communication with prospective customers
- Structured responses to questions about insurance products
- Guiding customers step by step through the decision-making process
- Identifying readiness to close a deal
Customers receive relevant information at the right time, while complex cases can be referred to human advisors as needed. This has created a seamless combination of automated advice and human follow-through.
