    Systematic development of sales opportunities

    Categorization of responses

    Incoming responses are automatically evaluated by our AI and assigned to appropriate categories. This allows the system to recognize whether it is an urgent request for a quote, whether information material such as a product brochure is being requested, or whether a new contact person has been reported. This allows your sales team to keep track of all feedback and inquiries at all times.

    Automated response management

    To achieve the highest conversion rates, it is important to respond to inquiries quickly. To ensure this, Mainition identifies prospects and inquiries and suggests responses. These responses address both the individual customer inquiry and the history of the customer relationship. Other customers send out-of-office messages. Mainition also recognizes these and schedules an appropriate follow-up. Mainition's suggestions can be accepted directly, customized, or overwritten if necessary.

    Rediscover orphaned existing customers

    Orphaned existing customers are contacts who can no longer be reached (bounce)—for example, because their email address no longer exists or the contact person has left the company. Mainition automatically recognizes such bounces, marks the contacts, and excludes them from further mailings. This improves your delivery rate and avoids spam classifications.

    On request, Mainition can use AI to search for new contacts within the company—ensuring that no valuable customer relationships are lost.
